He was a life-long resident of Marlborough. He was employed as a delivery man for the former Mohawk Trail Spring Water and other spring water companies.
Visiting hours at the William R. Short and Son Funeral Home will be held on Thursday from 5 to 8 p.m.

His funeral will be held on Friday at 9 a.m. in the Immaculate Conception Church. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery Marlborough.
