Obituary: Gayle Downey DiRico, 55, Wife, Mother, Waitress at Sully's First Edition Pub

Mrs. DiRico enjoyed shelling at Sanibel Island, FL, bird watching and astronomy.

Gayle A. (Downey) DiRico, 55, of Marlborough, died Monday, Jan. 6, 2014 at her home. 
Born and raised in Marlborough, she was the daughter of the late Harold F. and Eleanor (Severance) Downey and the wife of James DiRico of Marlborough, to whom she had been married for the past 24 years. 
A graduate of Assabet Valley Technical High School, Gayle had been employed as a waitress at Sully's First Edition Pub until the time of her illness. 
She was a member of the former St. Ann's Parish, Marlborough, loved long walks on the beach and shelling at Sanibel Island, FL, bird watching, astronomy, and "junk store" antiquing.
