Cosmo A. Valente, 84, of Marlborough died peacefully on Saturday, October 12, 2013.
Cosmo was the Director of Music in the Marlborough Public schools for 38 years.He touched the lives of countless young musicians during that time. He retired from the school system in 1990. In 1990, he was elected to the Marlborough School Committee and served with distinction until 2008. He was a tireless champion for the arts during his tenure.
