'Roads' Scholars don't work in Hudson

What's going on with all the road destruction in Hudson and Marlboro. The Hudson rotary is a joke. It's like a toy rotary and it's left unfinished as so many road projects in Hudson are. I don't understand what the thinking process is. Also, given the fact no one knows how to use a rotary, it's just asking for trouble.

The pavement between Wal-Mart and Technology drive isn't done, the end of Broad street into the toy, badly marked rotary is a bone jarring, alignment ruining journey from hell. Does anyone from the Hudson DPW go back to the work area and see if it's done? I could go on, but y'all get the idea.
