What's Open and CLosed on Martin Luther King Jr. Day in Marlborough
Martin Luther King Jr. is a federal holiday to honor the slain civil rights leader.
1. City Hall is closed, as are all state and federal offices.
2. Trash will not be collected Monday in Marlborough. The Monday collection moves to Saturday, instead.
3. Grocery stores and most retail stores are open.
4. Marlborough Public Library will be closed.
5. Not in Marlborough, but worth noting: all federal parks will be open on Monday, and are free of charge.
