Political MEGAsigns in the City of Marlborough
Signs....both size and quantities erected .... denote approval, power, etc. They DO affect the total vote count! That's why people put them up. Let's level the playing field.
Marlborough has an ordinance that limits political sign size to 10 square feet.
There are presently signs in this city for candidates for office which are approximately 32 square feet.
Now is the time for the law to come down, and these signs be removed. If we wink and allow them to stay up...some candidates do not stand an equal chance to operate in this scenario, simply because they are obeying the law. If the enforcement personnel choose to "wink"....let's change the law! Simple as that.
