A Technical Assistance Panel (TAP) from the Urban Land Institute Boston will submit its final report, containing a list of detailed recommendations that could help transform and revitalize the downtown are, encourage new development and improve intercity connectivity.
The TAP compiled its findings after spending a day in Marlborough last year, touring the area and speaking to city, business and community leaders. Find the panel's initial presentation here.
The TAP will present its official full report to the City Council's Urban Affairs Committee. All local residents are welcome to attend.
