Marlborough Conservation Commission

Agenda items include:

7 p.m.: Continuation of Public Hearing, 147 Cullinane Dr., Deborah Novicki. Purposes to remove the existing house and concrete patio and retaining wall and replace it with a 2.5 story house and add a new wood deck, new retaining walls and new landscaping, next to Ft. Meadow Reservoir.

7:10 p.m.: Notice of intent, Continuation of Public Hearing. 397 Bolton St., Marlborough Community Development Authority proposes to expand the existing parking lot including additional drainage control near wetlands.

7:20 p.m.: Request for Determination of Applicability. 413 Lakeside Ave., Shell Gas Station, VNG.Co, Proposes to install a compressed natural gas system and one dispenser within the existing Shell Gas Station at 413 Lakeside Ave. Work is proposed within the 100-foot buffer zone.

7:30 p.m.: Notice of Intent, Continuation of Public Hearing. Ames Street, across from Reilly Way. Marlborough/Northborough Realty Trust. Proposes to develop a site on Ames Street into a multi-family development called The Preserve at Ames. This would include four multi-story buildings with a total of 224 units and a club house building. The proposed site development includes a pool, outdoor recreation area, onsite parking, a bus stop on Ames Street and utilities and drainage. Two bridge crossings would impact wetlands.

7:40 p.m.: Abbreviated Notice of Intent. 358 Berlin RD., Marlborough Brazilian SDA Church. Proposes to repair and replace the existing parking lot, reinforce some walls and clean the accumulated debris from the brook, add some landscaping and install a wooden fence near wetlands.

8:00 p.m.: Notice of Intent: Continued to Nov. 21. Lakeside Avenue, Crabtree Lake Williams LLC. Overlook at Lake Williams. Proposal to construct a 60-unit residential condominium project including storm water basins, access road, utilities, grading and landscaping on Lakeside Avenue, next to Holiday Inn. The project is within 100 feet of Lake Williams and other wetlands are on the site.
