Jr CrossFit 11-15 Year Olds

CrossFit of Marlboro is offering an Elite program Designed for the YOUNG ATHLETE   an all inclusive Fitness Program  combining  Crossfits Model of High Intensity Functional Movement. Safety in the Lift and all aspects of Functional Fitness, Jrs learn to Stretch,Rollout and Flexibility exercises. Olympic Lifting Is also a big part of Crossfits training Program.

All Jrs must take the Required Ramp Up Program Very Similar to The adult Program.
