The giving: Join Tory J. Nash for a yoga class by cash donation to benefit the Marlborough Community Cupboard. This 90 minute class will focus on opening the heart through a series of gentle backbends, twists, and restorative poses. As we open the physical location of our hearts, let that opening flow into our community to support those most in need this holiday season.
