Active Soles-Free Demostration

H2K is excited to partner with Active Soles for a fun, interactive children’s fitness workshop.  H2K provides a nurturing and non-competitive environment for children and families to stay fit.  Active Soles offers movement and music programs for children to increase their appetite for physical fitness. 

Our Workshop Includes: fitness, music, obstacle courses, dance, brain gym and more.

An interactive 45 minute creative movement, music, class and 15 minute mingle session

Enhancement of cognitive development, gross motor skills through innovative movement and music lesson plans with introduction of musical instruments

Exercising of their mind and body to maximize the children’s ability to focus and become more receptive to learning
