New City Officials and Steps to Brave the Cold
From some of the newest people to be put up as city officials and ways to beat the cold; we have what you need to know today.

4. Three new members were recommended to be placed on the Arts Lottery Council by the City's Personnel Committee this week. Those members are Kim Beauchemin, James David Elmore and Sandra Pirie-St.Armour.
5. Get your stamps within the next few days or prepare to pay more. The price of stamps is set to go up Jan. 27.
