Volunteers gathered to hand turkeys out to Marlborough residents who are in need this Thanksgiving.

More than 550 turkeys were given to Marlborough residents at the town's Boys and Girls club on Tuesday who needed a little help putting food on the table this Thanksgiving.

"Not everyone can go home and have a family meal enjoy those blessings," Paul Mina, the President and CPO of the Tri-County United Way said.

Volunteers also handed out turkey breasts which Mina said can feed a family in need for several days.
