Five Things: It's All About the Money
City councilors continue to discuss next year's $133 million budget.
1. The City Council's Finance Committee continues to discuss the proposed $133 million dollar budget. So far tens of thousands of dollars have been cut, including $250,000 from the school budget.
2. The School Committee will be discussing how to deal with these cuts at their meeting Tuesday.
3. The Board of Health has been authorized to transfer funds to allow for more pool and health inspections.

4. Summer is basically here and that means lots of traffic headed to the Cape. This weekend was likely one of the busiest traffic days on the MassPike of the year.
