5 Things: Snow, Snow, Snow and Mail

1. If you have been ignoring the weather, let us bring you up to date. This is the first major snow we have gotten in years and it is shaping up to be a possible blizzard with snow levels that could reach well over a foot.

2. The snow comes during the week of the 35th anniversary of the Blizzard of '78. That storm claimed totals beyond 2 feet and caused the death of nearly 100 people.

4. The city got some good news — expected but good at any rate — that Quest Diagnostics remains committed to its move to Marlborough at Forest Park.
