5 Things: City Money and More Money

The City Council will be discussing millions of dollars tonight at their meeting.

1. Mayor Arthur Vigeant has proposed a $133 million budget for the coming fiscal year. It is available for viewing at the City Clerk's office and the City Council will be voting on it next month.

2. Set for a public hearing tonight in front of the City Council is the storage of 23,500 gallons of combustible liquids.

3. Mayor Vigeant will also be asking for $499,000 to be transfered to fully fund the Marlborough Economic Development Corporation for the next fiscal year.
