New Local PAC Led by Former State Senate Candidate Cavaretta Announces New Website

NewMassPlaybookPAC.com Explains how a New MA Republican ‘Playbook’ can be Put Into Action

BOSTON - - A newly formed local political action committee announced Monday the release of its website, www.newmassplaybookpac.com. Visitors to the PAC’s website will not only have a convenient place to donate to the PAC, but will also be able to learn about the PAC’s mission, which is to ensure that quality, Massachusetts Republican Candidates have the resources they need to succeed and outreach in different urban areas of the Commonwealth.

In this spirit, the PAC will look to assist candidates in competing in untapped, urban areas to identify more conservative, minority, and unaffiliated voters and give the Party an opportunity to win in more municipalities. A detailed PowerPoint presentation on the website explains specifically what the PAC believes the Massachusetts Republican Party and candidates across the Commonwealth can do to win more elections statewide ranging from Senator to Governor to local municipal elections in order to restore two-party balance to the Commonwealth.

“I believe the PAC’s website will become a destination for Republican candidates, campaign strategists, and activists who are looking for a new ‘playbook’ that will lead to more victories and stronger campaigns,” said Dean Cavaretta, the PAC’s Chairman and the 2012 Republican Candidate for State Senate in the Middlesex and Worcester District. “Working collaboratively with all conservatives, we are trying to lay a new path forward to victory.”

The PAC is inspired by the principles in the NewMassPlaybook, www.newmassplaybook.com, written by David D’Arcangelo who is not involved with the PAC due to Massachusetts Campaign Laws. As an implementation of the ‘playbook,’ the new website will promote campaign best practices and what popular conservative principles look like- such as local control, smaller government, lower taxes, and school choice. In the future the website will also help visitors connect with and become involved with specific campaigns.
