Write the Westborough, Marlborough, Framingham and Milford courts because the current prosecutors only fine the illegal driver $1000 maximum and should under law fine the person registering the vejhicle and knowingly allowing a unlicensed person to operate it.

A false social security number of a deceased person can be purchased for $500 in
Westborough and Framingham.

Report illegals or persons conducting business without a Massachusetts driver's
license, no business registration with City Hall with the suspicion of;

"Fraudulently not reporting income or out of country land / real estate holdings to gain Massachusetts state benefits or evade state/federal taxes"
