A board game about zombies that started as a Christmas project two years ago has grown into a reality for Jeff Gracia of Marlborough.
“I always liked zombie movies,” Gracia told the Worcester Telegram and Gazette. “And board games are making a big resurgence.”
What began as a project around the holidays has expanded to a cardboard reality for Gracia and his wife Theresa. The game Zpocalypse has come into its final version following a great deal of work and the input of a number of people, according to the Telegram. Funds were raised using the website Kickstarter while talent was sourced from throughout the United States, according to the Telegram and Gazette.
The game received positive feedback at board game conventions around the country. It will appear next at “Rock and Shock” at the DCU Center in Worcester on Oct. 12-14 where the game will be demonstrated.
