The Sandwich Co. Wins Best of Marlborough

The Church Street business has been voted by Marlborough Patch readers as the number one spot to get a sandwich in town.

After almost a week of voting, Marlborough has spoken. The best sandwich in town can be had at on Church St.

The local shop was the top vote-getter by about 30. 

"We are honored and excited. I think it is really great," said proprietor Tom Murphy, of the vote.

The business' success was credited to the always fresh ingredients. 

"The sandwiches are always made fresh to order and we make a lot of the products here," said Murphy. "It's all Boar's Head meat and we use better ingredients for a better end product."

The Sandwich Co. earned the honor out of more than . The runner up was Nick's Roast Beef & Deli.
