Here's what's open/closed:
- Schools, local and state government offices and the post office are closed today to observe the holiday. Express mail will be delivered today.
- Retail stores are open at the owner's discretion. Call before you head out.
- Supermarkets are open.
- Convenience stores are open.
- Liquor stores are open.
- Emergency services will be available on the holiday.
