Lots of Deals for Marlborough Families in March

Here is a list of deals available to you locally this week.

It is said that the month of March comes in like a lion and goes out like a lamb. If your growing children are like mine, their appetites and interests have made the switch from lamb to lion and it’s a challenge to feed and entertain them on a budget. Here are some coupons and offers to help you to keep everyone happy and your spending on track. As always, please refer to the business directly for the terms and conditions for their offer.

1. Join Bertucci’s mail Club and receive coupons and offers via e-mail! You can also learn about coupons by “like-ing” their Facebook page or “following” Bertuccis on Twitter. There are many items on Bertucci’s menu that are a great value, including the Roasted Tuscan Vegetables side for $3.99 that my son and I like to order as a starter. Bertucci’s has two locations in Marlborough: On Route 20 at 374 Boston Post Rd., and at the Solomon Pond Mall.

2. Take the family out to dinner at the Halfway Café! Kids Eat Free at the Halfway Café on Mondays and Tuesdays after 4 p.m. (Children 12 years and younger). For every adult entrée purchased, receive one free kid’s meal. The March “7 for $7” value menu is now available. Join their email club, “like” their Facebook page, or “follow” on Twitter to learn about other offers. is located at 820 Boston Post Rd.

3. Whole Foods in Framingham offers a free story hour and healthy snack on Mondays at 10:30 a.m. After the snack you can shop and save with Whole Foods printable coupons.  See their calendar for other events.

4. Where can I get the best price on juice boxes in Marlborough? You can find the answer to this and other food-related questions by looking no further than your Smartphone. There are many shopping applications that tell you where to get items for less.  Use ShopSavvy or Red Laser to scan a item’s barcode with your phone’s camera and find out the best prices available for that item at local stores or online. If knowing this information weren’t great enough, these applications also display nutritional and allergen information for your product.  Please refer to each application to learn about phone compatibility.
