Brookview Village to Break Ground by Late Summer

Representatives of the Gutierrez Company are saying that ground could break on the 225 unit apartment complex by late summer.

Representatives of the Gutierrez Company have said that they could break ground on the apartment complex by the end of the summer if everything goes smoothly.

Brookview Village is a 225 unit "friendly 40B" apartment complex that has been approved off of Ames Street by the Zoning Board of Appeals. It is being developed by the Gutierrez Company.

The project still needs to get a site plan review and appear before the Conservation Commission. If that goes according to schedule, ground could be broken on the project by the end of summer, said representatives of the Gutierrez Company.
