Bolton Street Tavern "Welcomes the Community"

A slew of weekend activities are planned for the restaurant during its grand opening weekend.

The Bolton Street Tavern opened its doors to welcome in the community which has greeted the new restaurant with open arms.

"The community has been very welcoming to us and we want to welcome the community to our place," said John Stounaras who owns and operates the restaurant located at the site of the former Piccadilly Pub at 587 Bolton Street with his wife Sharon. "It's very, very exciting."

As the renovations were undergoing at the building and the soft opening of the business took place, people would stop in and wish them luck and commend them on the work they were doing, he said. This opening weekend is a way to give back to the community which has already reached out to the business.
