Synergia 2014 Kicks Off in Hudson, Marlborough

River's Edge Arts Alliance has undertaken a new program in 2014: Synergia.

This will be a moveable exhibit of local history, poetry, visual art and the performing arts, with monologues written by local playwrights. The program began on Thursday night in Hudson, with participating historical groups reading a sample of their town histories.

Now, poets, artists and others will have until Feb. 20 to take inspiration, and submit works that are inspired by the historical samples.

Historical representatives, poets, playwrights and artists will convene on Feb. 20, and exchange their work, inspiring new works. The result will be publicly displayed, or performed, in June.
