100 Years Ago: Trustees Take Bids on New Hospital

Six days a weeks (Mon—Sat) Marlborough Patch will highlight an interesting story from the Marlborough Daily Enterprise published on that date 100 years ago.

June 20, 1911: Bids for New Hospital Will Soon be Asked For

Within a short time the trustees of the Marlboro hospital will be called together and steps taken towards receiving bids from builders for the construction of the building. Dr. C.T. Warner, chairman of the board of trustees, said: "The trustees are working hard on the plans and within a short time I will call the trustees together and make arrangements for advertising for bids. It will not be many days before this will be done."
