11:45 a.m.

  • A gentle reminder: BE CAREFUL! Snowblowers can be dangerous. Police and Fire departments all over the area are responding to several reports of snowblower injuries. 
  • Go sledding! Joyce Middle School and the Woburn Country Club are two hot spots for "coasting" in Woburn.

9:30 a.m.

Saturday, Dec. 29—

7:45 p.m.

2 p.m.

  • A city-wide parking ban is in effect from Saturday, Dec. 29 at 6 p.m. until Sunday, Dec. 30 at noon. All municipal and school parking lots are available for parking during this time.

What fell on Woburn, I'd say about six inches? Anyone else have different totals?

I would say 6 to 7 inches. Over in the Pine St area, Kids have been playing in it all day!
