Say it Ain't Snow! [POLL]

Marlborough, and much of New England, is expecting to get its first snow of the season Thursday night.

The National Weather Service is predicting the first snow of fall 2011 tomorrow evening.

"There is snow likely, mainly before 1 a.m.," said the forecast. "Otherwise, cloudy during the early evening, then gradual clearing, with a low around 29. Chance of precipitation is 70 percent with new precipitation amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch possible."

After a warmer-than-usual autumn thus far, the prediction comes as a surprise to many people.
