Monday Essentials: Find Out Bee Secrets This Week
An informational session on bees will reveal secrets of the black and yellow hive-dweller.
Itching to find out what goes into making honey? Seeking information on what it is like to raise bees? Just curious about nature?
Well then an event at the Hudson Library this coming weekend is for you. Beekeeper Birgit deWeerd will take you through the activities in and around a beehive with her slideshow, starting in January and ending in the fall with the honey harvest.
The event begins Saturday, July 27, at 2 p.m. at the Hudson Library at 3 Washington Street.
