Integrated Builders to Construct Facility for Sunbelt Rentals in Marlborough, MA

Rockland, MA (June 26, 2014) –Integrated Builders a firm specializing in general contracting and construction management services, will construct an 18,000 square foot (sf) facility for Sunbelt Rentals Inc. (Sunbelt) in Marlborough, Massachusetts at a cost of $425,000.

Integrated Builders Project Manager Dean Kelliher and Superintendent Greg Webster will work with architect Chris Ladd of Ci Design and owner Calare Properties on the project containing 1,800 sf of office space with the rest of the building being utilized as production and warehouse space.

“This is our third project at 417 South Street in Marlborough after finishing the 140,000 sf Base Building and IEP tenant space,” said Jay Dacey, President of Integrated Builders.  “We believe working collaboratively with architect Ci Design and owner Calare Properties will help deliver a successful project and usable space for Sunbelt.”

Integrated Builders will perform concrete and structural steel construction as well as mechanical, electrical, plumbing and other finishes.
