Hearthstone Alzheimer Care, LTD is the premier provider of Assisted Living for those with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias in the Northeast United States. Our treatment programs incorporate the most recent research in staff training, activities programming, physical environment and health services. We currently have several resident aid opportunities at our location in Marlborough, MA. If you love working with the elderly, have dementia experience, and give outstanding care, we want to you to hear from you!

For applicants hired to work 20+ hours per week we are offering a $500 signing bonus after 90 days of service.

For part and full time employees, we require that you are available to work every other weekend (Sat/Sun). As a qualified applicant, you have a valid HHA or CNA certificate, US Work Authorization, and access to reliable transportation. Experience with Alzheimer's is a big, big plus.

For employees regularly scheduled to work FT (30 or more hours per week), we provide an excellent pay and benefits program for employees designed to attract and retain the best in the business.
