Watch Strange Brew craft a beer live at Marlborough’s first Brewfest June 13

Strange Brew Beer & Wine Making Supplies located on Route 20 East, Marlborough will be participating in the first Taste of Marlborough Brewfest on June 13.

Strange Brew will perform a home-brewing demonstration from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Utilizing an outdoor boiling kettle and other basic tools of the home-brewer, they will combine water, barley malt extract, hops and yeast into a great tasting beer, right before your eyes. After two weeks to ferment, and two weeks to carbonate, this beer will be available to sample at Strange Brew in Marlborough approximately one month after the event.

The draft experts at Strange Brew will be on hand at the Brewfest to assist with trouble shooting any problems which may arise while dispensing the beer, and provide additional equipment such as cold plates, CO2, and other various parts necessary for dispensing delicious beer.

Stop by their table under the food tent opposite the FISH Restaurant/Vin Bin to learn how to brew your own beer and even participate in the brewing.
