Regency at Assabet Ridge Marlborough Offers Luxury Living for Active Adults

Toll Brothers adds to Marlborough's appeal with construction of Assabet Ridge

Demonstrating tangible signs of a recovering economy, Toll Brothers is forging ahead with construction of its luxury active-adult community ‘Regency at Assabet Ridge’ in Marlborough. Located at 50 Crowley Drive, the townhomes will be built out in a country side like setting. The site is conveniently located near exits to I-495 and I-290 with all amenities available in Marlborough and Hudson, while Solomon Pond Mall is just minutes away. Additionally Marlborough is centrally located between Worcester and Boston where residents can enjoy exciting recreational activities, fabulous shopping and dining.

Five different floor plans, with four having first floor master suites, are available. Three model homes have been built so far. Each unit takes six to seven months to construct from the time the buyer signs an agreement of sale. The model townhomes are staged to magazine-cover perfection with modern decor creating a warm, luxurious, and ready to move in feeling. Pauline Enterkin, Sales Manager explains that only quality brands are used for bathroom and kitchen fixtures and appliances, floor tiles, woodwork and other trimmings.  The basement of one of the model homes is a display showcase area where potential home buyers can select from a wide variety of finishes.

These spacious townhomes will include many luxury features, yet offer a low-maintenance lifestyle. Outstanding features are 9 inch first floor ceilings, granite kitchen counter tops, high vaulted ceilings, large walk in closets and separate laundry area. Also noteworthy is the abundance of natural light that streams in through skylights in the vaulted ceilings and large and ample windows in all of the rooms. Homeowners have the option of a fully finished basement, some with walk-outs, offering endless possibilities for entertaining, recreational activities or as an extra living area.

Whether enjoying a walk, or jogging  on the newly developed Assabet River Rail Trail accessible right in front of the  community entrance, working out at the Fitness Center or socializing with friends and neighbors in the luxurious on-site clubhouse, Regency at Assabet Ridge is a dream like setting for the active adult, retiree or empty nesters. Twenty percent of the homes at Assabet Ridge may be sold to people under 55, however no one under 18 is permitted to reside here.
