Kaiser, the Marlborough Police K-9, Completes Training

Here are five interesting or important things to know today.

1. The Marlborough Police dog, Kaiser, has completed his training and he and his handler, officer Ken McKenzie, are back working in the city. The pair graduated this week from Boston Police Canine Academy. The dog is trained in patrol and utility duties.

2. The Marlborough Girl Scouts will hold a service day on Jan. 20, and are collecting kitchen items and linens that are new or gently used. See the announcement for more information on what is needed.
