City Finalizing Funding of Senior Center at Ward Park

1. Just when you thought fall was firmly here, there is 70 degree weather forecast for tomorrow. Temperatures are forecast to reach 77, according to Weather.com.
2. The funding request for a new Senior Center at Ward Park and improvements to the park will be discussed Thursday at 7 p.m. by the Operations and Oversight Committee. The discussion will center around a $6.5 million bond request for the senior center.
3. What will a Redesigned Ward Park Look Like? That is the answer this diagram attempts to answer. In addition to adding walking trails, parking will be laid out more clearly.
