Temple Emanuel is a warm, welcoming and small congregation with a nearly 70-year tradition in Marlborough and a long history of welcoming prospective or non-members, especially at the holidays. At Emanuel, everyone is respected for their own particular Jewish journey and life circumstances. Though Emanuel is unaffiliated, services are most similar to those of the Conservative Movement.

Founded more than 60 years ago, Temple Emanuel is open to Jews of all philosophies as well as interfaith families. It is not affiliated with any movement. Instead, it mixes together many traditional and modern philosophies. Rabbi Scott Sokol and Cantor Linda Sue Sohn lead the congregation through song, prayer and celebration.
