VNA Care Network & Hospice, a nonprofit home health care, hospice and wellness provider, hosts free Keep Well clinics where local residents may have their blood pressure checked and learn about health concerns. Blood sugar, weight monitoring and other health assessments are also available at most locations. Clinics are open to residents age 60 and older.

City of Marlborough Senior Center/Council on Aging Offices
The Marlborough Senior Center is also home to the city's Council on Aging, a central hub on Main Street where senior citizens, 60 years of age and older, can come for an array of activities and services. Interim Executive Director Jack Gracey and his staff are on hand at the office to assist seniors with anything they may need. Their website has a full calendar of weekend activities and classes available at the center.
