 ork\, will not incur library fines if returned on Wednesdays.\n&ldquo\;M
 any people asked us to bring back fine free Wednesdays. We are glad to b
 e able to do that\, especially in these difficult economic times.&nbsp\;
  We want to do everything we can to encourage people to use our library.
