Have you talked about getting in shape but don’t know where to start? ConnectingPoint Church is sponsoring a free Couch To 5K program in Marlborough at the Ghiloni Park track beginning Monday, September 10 at 6pm. This Couch To 5K is an eleven week program designed to gradually help people start exercising with the goal of participating in a 5K (3.1 mile) run on Thanksgiving Day. The workouts are meant to be done three days per week for 30-45 minutes each day. Volunteers will be at the park leading the workouts from Monday to Thursday at 6pm and also on Sundays at 8am. Please bring a water bottle and invite family members and friends to join you. More About Ghiloni Park
Ghiloni Park is set off scenic Concord Road across from the Marlborough Country Club and adjacent to the club's 18 hole golf course. The park features nature trails, basketball courts and a large baseball diamond that is well used in the city's softball leagues.
