Fried Eggs Video & Step-By-Step Picture Book Recipe

First of all, I hope you and your family had a Happy Father’s Day Sunday. I sure did. Weather was screamin’ gorgeous! Took a bike ride out to and around Wachusett Reservoir, then came home and made monster lobsters (on sale for $5.99/pound - any size! - at Stop & Shop through Thursday this week - GET THEM!) with my kids. All fun!

Secondly, there's a new Gotta' Eat, Can't Cook video picture ebook that just came out that's only about how to cook the most popular egg recipes as quickly, easily and safely as possible. The book is called Just Eggs: Quick & Easy “Show Me How” Video Picture Book Recipes

More about the book tomorrow that will include a short (40 second) video trailer. But first, how 'bout a sample video & step-by-step picture book recipe for you to kind of “kick the tires” and “check under the hood”.

Research says that fried eggs are one of the two most popular ways people like to have their eggs. So, that’s the recipe you’ll find here. Now, the key to cooking fried eggs easily, tenderly and safely is to use LOW-MEDIUM heat and cover the pan with a top as the eggs cook.

After that, it’s all very easy. Here’s a link to the fried eggs step-by-step picture book recipe. The video link comes with the recipe but I've also included the video here.  More tomorrow - promise!
