A 44-year-old Hudson man faces arraignment on an indecent assault and battery charge today after allegedly touching a woman's chest in the food court at the Solomon Pond Mall, police said.

Antoni Salfian, of 100 Tower St., Apt. 402, Hudson, was arrested after 8 p.m. Wednesday and charged with indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or over.

A 31-year-old woman called police from near Ruby Thai Kitchen in the food court, according to Det. Scott DeCiero. 

"The suspect placed his hands on the woman's breast," DeCiero said. "Police came down, she filed a report, and they placed (Salfian) under arrest."

Salfian will appear in Marlborough District Court today.

Unrelated sex offenses were reported at the mall earlier this week; police said those allegations have not materialized.

Police arrested a Westborough man at the mall earlier this month for a similar assault; in that incident, a woman said she was groped while shopping.
