You are not the only one who has Labor Day off. There are a number of city orgnizations and locations that will be closed today or have curtailed hours.

Retail stores, liquor stores, supermarkets, convenience stores, taverns and bars and trains are generally open but running on a Sunday schedule.

MetroWest Regional Transit Authority buses will be running on a Saturday Schedule in Marlborough.

What is closed are banks, the stock market, municipal buildings, state and federal offices, libraries, schools and post offices (except express delivery will be delivered). The senior center will be closed in Marlborough.

Trash and recycling collection will be delayed one day from the normal Friday piclkup to a Saturday collection.
