Dear Marlborough: I'm Your New Editor
Today is my first day as editor of Marlborough Patch. Drop me a line!
I look forward to this position and bringing you meaningful news. I have been working in the news industry in various capacities for roughly five years now. You can learn more about me in my profile, but I wanted to take this opportunity to reach out to you.
I would like to bring you the news you want in the way you want it. If you have a question about something, I plan on being a resource to help get the answer. Hopefully, I will be able to provide the answer to questions before you even ask them.
Above all, I want to be a part of the Marlborough community. I think news outlets have the ability to inform but also encourage conversations among people. The only way to properly do this is to be as much a member of the community as possible.
I plan to be available, whether it is while working at Starbucks, having some food at Jake's or talking to people at City Hall. If you see me around, feel free to say hello and have a chat.

I hope you will include some events and businesses in Hudson as well. (since Hudson does not have a Patch of its own)

Tremendously happy to meet you, Sam.. Patch has suffered a bit during the search for a new local editor (though many thanks to Susan and Danielle, among others, who kept things going!). As a regular contributor to Marlborough Patch, Welcome!
