Police Log: Shoplifting Arrests, Annoying Phone Calls

The following information was supplied by the Marlborough Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction. All arrests are reported.

 

Friday, May 25 

12:37 p.m.: Police investigated a reported larceny at the Whitcomb School on Union St. 

1:05 p.m.: Police took a report of a past assault at McDonald Hotel, 276 Main St. 

7:56 p.m.: After a report of shoplifting, police made two arrests at Macy's on Donald Lynch Blvd. Katherine Shea Johnson, 20, of 50 Clarke Dr., Marlborough, and Caitlin E. Marcey, 20, of 54 Roundtop Rd., Marlboroough, both face charges of larceny over $250. 

9:57 p.m.: Police recovered a stolen motor vehicle and made an arrest at an East Main St. apartment building. Leandro Pereira Zigue, 29, of 319 East Main St., Apt. C1, Marlborough, was arrested on charges of receiving a stolen motor vehicle.  

10:03 p.m.: Police investigated a reported assault at the Victorian Guest House, 32 Newton St. 

Saturday, May 26

1:35 a.m.: Police investigated a disturbance at the John St. park. 

2:49 a.m.: A resident of Holly Hill Ln. reported threats to police. 

11:48 a.m.: A larceny was reported at the New England Sports Center on Donald Lynch Blvd. 

12:42 p.m.: A motor vehicle accident involving property damage only was reported on Broad St. 

2:10 p.m.: A report of forgery or fraud was taken from a resident of Charles St. 

2:39 p.m.: An accident involving property damage only was reported at Hannaford Super Market

4:07 p.m.: After a motor vehicle stop on Bolton St., police arrested Christopher J. Delgado, 18, of 45 Lakeside Ave., Apt.12, Marlborough, on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding. 

9:44 p.m.: After a motor vehicle accident involving property damage but no injuries on Hosmer St., police arrested Evan A. Magee, 45, of 73 Causeway St., Hudson, on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, a marked lanes violation and having an open container of alcohol in possession. 

10:26 p.m.: Police took a report of larceny from Marlborough Hospital

11:05 p.m.: Vandalism was reported at a multi-family residence on Cotting Ave. 

Sunday, May 27 

10:38 a.m.: A report of vandalism was taken was from a resident of Sasseville Way.

11:13 a.m.: A resident of Reservoir St. reported a larceny.

4:46 p.m.: A car accident involving oproperty damage only was reported in the parking lot at Macy's on Donald Lynch Blvd.

8:00 p.m: A report of fraud or forgery was taken from a resident of Dean Rd.

11:09 p.m.: Police took a report of annoying phone calls from Wendy's on Boston Post Rd. 

Monday, May 28  

12:13 a.m.: After responding to a domestic disturbance on Liberty St., police made two arrests. Tracy L. Banks, 35, of 23 Hemlock Rd., Hingham, was arrested on a warrant. Kenneth W. Slavin Jr., 45, of 113 Sherwood St., Apt. 1, Roslindale, was arrested on charges of  assault and battery. 

4:30 p.m.: After responding to a report of larceny at Price Chopper, police arrested Jonathan W. Wright, 25, of 181 Boston Post Rd., Apt. 45, Marlborough, on charges of larceny over $250. 

7:42 p.m.: After a motor vehicle stop on Felton St., police arrested Nicholas H. Shay, 26, of 198 Boston Post Rd. E, Apt. 7, Marlborough, on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, speeding and a red light violation. 

10:25 p.m.: After a motor vehicle stop on Chestnut St., police arrested William J. Nimatuj, 30, of 150 Mechanic St., Apt. 2, Marlborough, on a warrant and for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
