Police Log: Sex Offenses, OUI Arrest

The following information was supplied by the Marlborough Police Department. Where arrests or charges are listed, it does not indicate a conviction. All arrests are reported.

 

Wednesday, June 13

7:45 a.m.: Sex offenses were reported at Assabet Valley Vocational High School on Fitchburg Street.

8:34 a.m.: Police responded to an alarm at Seasons Nails on Boston Post Road.

9:34 a.m.: Police took a report of a missing person at Boston Post Road Corporate Center on Boston Post Road.

11:49 a.m.: Police received report of a breaking and entering into a motor vehicle at Gold’s Gym on Maple Street.

12:59 p.m.: An unfounded report of a burglary was reported at a residence on Sheffield Terrace.

1:56 p.m.: A motor vehicle crash with property damage was reported at Jake’s Coffee Shop on Main Street.

2:32 p.m.: Police received a report of a domestic disturbance at a residence on Boston Post Road East. 

2:55 p.m.: Fraud and forgery were reported at a residence on Demers Drive.

3:03 p.m.: Police responded to a past burglary at 130 Elm St.

5:59 p.m.: Police responded to an animal complaint at 17 Essex St.

6:35 p.m.: Police received report of larceny at Assabet Valley Vocational High School on Fitchburg Street.

8:03 p.m.: A report was filed to police of a disturbance at Sheffield Court Condominiums on Boston Post Road East.

8:04 p.m.: Police responded to a report of larceny at 129 Roundtop Rd.

9:00 p.m.: Police responded to threats at The Heights at Marlborough Apartments on Briarwood Lane.

9:34 p.m.: Police stopped a vehicle on Lakeside Ave. William L. Stcyr, 29, of 67 Paine St., Worcester, was arrested and charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and a state highway traffic violation for following too closely.

9:58 p.m.: A domestic disturbance was reported at a vacant residence on Broad Street.

Thursday, June 14

12:06 a.m.: Police responded to suspicious activity on New Street.

1:39 a.m.: Police responded to suspicious activity on Farm Road at El Dorado Drive. Rebecca Jolene Smith, 18, of 46 Devens St., Apt. 1, Marlborough, was arrested and charged on a warrant. 

6:31 a.m.: Police responded to an alarm at a residence on Kinder Circle.
