Police Log: Patient Runs with IV Attached, Unattended Death
The following information was supplied by the Marlborough Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction. All arrests are reported.
Tuesday, March 6:
12:42 a.m.: Jessica S. Lopez, 22, of 52 Bond St., was arrested after police responded to the area of Pleasant Street and Hunter Avenue. She was charged with disorderly conduct, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, resisting arrest and violations of city ordinances.
8:11 a.m.: There was a motor vehicle crash with property damage near the intersection of Bolton and Union streets.
8:58 a.m.: Services were rendered when a suspicious motor vehicle was investigated on Red Spring Road.
10:10 a.m.: Breaking and entering into a motor vehicle was reported at 76 Huntington Ave.
2:22 p.m.: An unattended death was investigated at the Marlborough Housing Authority, 397 Bolton St., Apt. G1.
4:21 p.m.: Suspicious activity was investigated at the Hillside School Administration Building, 404 Robin Hill St.
5:39 p.m.: Police responded to a call from Marlborough Hospital after a heavily intoxicated patient left the premises with an IV still attached. According to scanner traffic, officers located the individual walking up Lincoln Street and brought him back to the hospital.
5:49 p.m.: A past act of breaking and entering/burglary was reported at the Olive Garden, 728 Donald J. Lynch Blvd.
5:50 p.m.: During a motor vehicle stop in the vicinity of 290 eastbound, officers arrested Michael C. Milan, 23, of 56 Dutcher St., Hopedale, and Brandon M. Brown, 26, of 13 Maple St., Whitinsville. Milan was charged with negligent operation of a motor vehicle and possession of a Class A drug (heroin), and Brown was charged with possession of heroin.
9:20 p.m.: A report was filed concerning a domestic disturbance at 26 Huntington Ave., Apt. 2.
