Police Log: OUI and Burglars

The following information was supplied by the Marlborough Police Department. Charges do not indicate a conviction. All arrests are reported.

 

Thursday, Nov. 15

7:48 a.m.: A motor vehicle accident with property damage was reported from Lakeside Avenue.

9:44 a.m.: Breaking and entering was reported from Winter Street.

11:45 a.m.: A burglar alarm went off on Elm Street.

12:24 p.m.: Ambulance assistance was provided at McDonald's on Maple Street.

6:04 p.m.: The DPW was called out to Prospect Street.

6:28 p.m.: Larceny was reported from Sleep Number on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

7:35 p.m.: Police arrested Keith Warren, 18, of 69 Union Street Apt. 1 at the Police Station on Bolton Street on charges of breaking and entering into a building at night for a felony, vandalizing property, two charges of larceny over $250, larceny of credit card, two charges of breaking and entering into a building in the daytime for a felony and possession of firearm ammunition without a license.

7:37 p.m.: Police arrested Alexander Cooper Jr., 41, of 27 Walker Road in Danville, NH at the intersection of Bolton and Lincoln Streets on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, marked lanes violation and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

8:21 p.m.: Police arrested Justin Noonan, 22, of 80 Elm Street Apt. 2 on Royal Crest Drive on charges of breaking and entering into a building at night for a felony, vandalizing property, two charges of larceny over $250, larceny of credit card, breaking and entering into a building in the daytime for a felony, possession of firearm ammunition without a license and breaking into a depository.

8:49 p.m.: Police arrested Anthony Foster, 26, of 99 Wilson Street on Main Street on a charge of assault and battery.

9:45 p.m.: Police arrested Riley Copeland, 19, of 10 Royal Crest Drive Apt. 4 on Royal Crest Drive on charges of breaking and entering into a building at night for a felony, vandalizing property, two charges of larceny over $250, larceny of credit card, breaking and entering into a building in the daytime for a felony, possession of firearm ammunition without a license and impeding an investigation through witness intimidation.

Friday, Nov. 16

12:21 a.m.: Police arrested Leo Morales, 37, of 342 Lincoln Street Apt. 419 on Lincoln Street on a warrant.
