Police Log: Marlborough Woman Faces OUI Charge

Tuesday, June 12
9:04 a.m.: Police will seek a criminal complaint for a drug offense after responding to Marlborough High School.
12:51 p.m.: A motor vehicle accident with property damage only was reported on E. Main St.
12:58 p.m.: A reported larceny at the Comfort Inn on Donald Lynch Blvd. led to an arrest. Todd W. Stewart, 27, of 21 Raven St., Dorchester, was arrested on charges of larceny over $250, wanton destruction of property over $250 and evading a taxi fare.
1:55 p.m.: A domestic disturbance on Broad St. led to the arrest of Kelsey L. Fernandes, 20, of 200 Broad St.., Apt. A7, on charges of assault and battery.
2:46 p.m.: Police took a report of fraud or forgery from someone on Bruce Rd.
4:22 p.m.: Police took a report of fraud or forgery from a resident of Liberty St.
4:51 p.m.: Police responded to a reported larceny on Main St.
5:41 p.m.: Police served a warrant on Weed St., arresting Raymond Marcel Vargas, 41, of 181 Boston Post Rd. E. Apt. 62, Marlborough, on an outstanding warrant.
6:51 p.m.: Vandalism was reported to a residence on Liberty St.
6:56 p.m.: A motor vehicle accident on South St. led to an arrest. Donna M. Magliozzi, 53, of 30 Farm Rd., Marlborough, faces charges of operating under the influence, second offense, a marked lanes violation, speeding and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
9:56 p.m.: Police responded to trespassing at the Marlborough Public Library.
