10:35 a.m.: Mark J. Tomyl, 49, of 382 Lincoln St., Apt. 1R, is arrested at the same address on an outstanding warrant. 

12:23 p.m.: During a motor vehicle stop in the vicinity of the Marlborough Police Department, 355 Bolton St., Juan A. Gonzalez, 41, of 14 Newton Pl., 1st Fl., Framingham, is arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended/revoked license. 

12:39 p.m.: An act of harassment is reported at the Whitcomb Middle School, 25 Union St. 

2:09 p.m.: Chelsie Lee Kmon, 19, of 4 Greenville Cir., Leicester, is arrested at the Meadows at Marlborough, 133 Broadmeadow Rd., Apt. 1, and booked as a courtesy for another law enforcement agency.

3:10 p.m.: Suspicious activity is reported and investigated at Target, 605 Boston Post Rd. E. 

6:14 p.m.: A 16-year-old juvenile is arrested at Marshall's Department Store, 230 East Main St., Apt. B, and charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise. 

7:05 p.m.: After responding to a domestic disturbance, police arrest Manuel Vazquez Jr., 25, of 29 Hildreth St., Apt. 2, and charge him with assault and battery. 

10:20 p.m.: Brian K. Muse, 48, of 32 Main St., Apt. 8, is arrested at Sorrento's restaurant, 128 Main St., on an outstanding warrant.
