Police Log: False Checks and OUI

Thursday, Sept. 20
7:21 a.m.: A burglar alarm went off at St. mary's Credit Union on Northboro Road East.
7:31 a.m.: Police served a summons on Madison Street.
10:16 a.m.: An animal complaint was received from Neil Street.
11:48 a.m.: Police arrested Joseph Roy, 35, of 116 Pheasant Hill Road on Pheasant Hill Road on charges of larceny over $250 by single scheme, utter false check and forgery of check.
12:45 p.m.: Police arrested Carlos Novoa, 20, of an unknown address in New York City and Kevin Rodriguez of 10438 Carona Ave Apt. 2nd in Queens New York at Ann Taylor on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard on charges of larceny over $250 and conspiracy.
2:42 p.m.: Harassment was reported from Williams Street.
3:20 p.m.: An erratic operator was reported on Maple Street.
4:21 p.m.: Vandalism was reported from the Gulf Station on Lakeside Avenue.
4:44 p.m.: Shoplifting was reported from the Macy's on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.
4:47 p.m.: A motor vehicle accident with injuries was reported at the Shell Gas Station on Boston post Road East.
5:22 p.m.: Breaking and entering into a motor vehicle was reported from Broadmeadow Road.
6:53 p.m.: A missing person was reported from Kirby Street.
10:55 p.m.: A disturbance was reported at New England Sports Center on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.
Friday, Sept. 21
1:54 a.m.: A disturbance was reported from Holly Hill Lane.
3:38 a.m.: Brenda Dapreau, 25, of 59 Carter Street in Berlin was arrested on Maple Street and charged with negligent operation of a motor vehicle and operating under the influence of liquor.
